Golden mylk

Ingredients
1/2 cup cashews, soaked for 4 hours in water and drained
1 tbsp turmeric powder
2 tsp ginger powder
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp ground cardamom
1/4 tsp sea salt
2 tbsp ghee or coconut oil
500ml filtered water
Optional: 2 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: pinch of saffron threads
Optional sweetener to taste: maple syrup, coconut sugar, fresh medjool dates, honey, raw organic sugar
Blend Ingredients:
Place the soaked and drained cashews, turmeric powder, ginger powder, ground cinnamon, black pepper, ground cardamom, sea salt, ghee or coconut oil, and filtered water into a blender.
Add optional ingredients if desired: vanilla extract and saffron threads.
Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Sweeten to Taste:
Add your preferred sweetener to taste, such as maple syrup, coconut sugar, fresh medjool dates, honey, or raw organic sugar.
Blend again to incorporate the sweetener evenly.
Store and Serve:
Pour the blended golden mylk into a glass jar and store it in the fridge.
To serve, gently warm the golden mylk on the stove over low heat, stirring occasionally.
If you prefer a thinner consistency, you can add hot water while warming.
