If you come in for an in-person consultation, I'll perform a physical assessment, including measurements such as blood pressure, height, weight, and body composition. Based on this assessment, we'll develop a personalised treatment plan tailored to your needs. You'll receive a copy of this plan via email along with supporting educational materials.
